In this Privacy Policy, I inform you about the nature, scope, and purpose of the processing of personal data in the course of my business activities. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Categories of Personal Data Processed

We process personal data that falls into the following categories:

- Name / company name

- Profession / job title

- Company registration number

- Contact person

- Business address and other customer addresses

- Contact details (telephone number, fax number, email address, etc.)

- Bank details

- Order data

- VAT identification number

- Customer service inquiries and customer correspondence

Lawfulness and Purposes of Processing
Data Processing for Contract Performance and Pre-Contractual Measures

Personal data provided by you is processed for the purpose of carrying out pre-contractual measures and for the performance of contracts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Data Processing Based on Legal Obligations

Personal data is processed insofar as this is necessary to comply with legal obligations, in particular in the area of accounting and bookkeeping (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Data Processing Based on Your Consent

If you voluntarily provide personal data (e.g. via a contact form), the processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Withdrawal can be made by email to info@varionimpact.com
 

Data Retention Period for Contracts / Customers

Personal data arising from contractual relationships is stored for the duration of the contract and in accordance with statutory retention periods.

Disclosure of Data

To comply with legal obligations and for proper accounting, we disclose personal data from invoices to our tax advisor.
For invoicing and accounting purposes, we also use a cloud-based accounting tool acting as a data processor.
No further disclosure of personal data to third parties takes place.

 

Cookies and Web Analytics

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files stored on your device.

We use Wix Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Wix.com Ltd., to analyze the use of our website and improve our offering. Cookies may be used to collect information about website usage.
Processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

Virtual Meetings

For the purpose of conducting virtual meetings, we use video conferencing services such as Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.
Depending on usage, personal data such as name, email address, image and audio data may be processed.
Processing is carried out for the purpose of pre-contractual measures or contract performance pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Meetings are not recorded.

Children and Protection of Minors

Our website is not intended for persons under the age of 18.
Persons under 18 may not submit personal data without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly collect or process personal data of children or minors.

 

Information on Legal Remedies

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. To exercise these rights, please contact us.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, the competent authority is:
